Bruks Klöckner GmbH, part of Bruks Siwertell, is growing, and we are on the lookout for a cost accountant to join our team, based within our wood business unit in Hirtscheid, Germany.

The job

In this role, you will work with calculations and financial information related to components and systems from our equipment range.  

As a cost accountant you will be responsible for:

• Preliminary and post-calculations related to machines and wood-processing systems, including spare parts
• Cost management for current equipment orders
• Maintaining and processing data
• Creating cost allocation documentation
• Creating and maintaining price lists
• Supporting management teams with manufacturing strategies, such as make-or-buy decisions
• Preparing monthly key figures for financial accounting and company management
• Maintaining business process and operation systems, including ERP/PPS, to ensure reporting accuracy

Qualifications & experience

To succeed in this role, you should be trained in business administration, or a related field, as well as have experience in mechanical engineering calculations, including individual manufacturing processes. You should possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the IBM iSeries operating system, or equivalent, is desirable.

Kalkulator / Betreuung und Koordination EDV (m/w/d)

Bruks Klöckner GmbH, Teil der Bruks Siwertell Gruppe ist ein weltweit agierendes Unternehmen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau für die holzverarbeitende Industrie.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort in Hirtscheid, Deutschland, suchen wir zum baldmöglichen Eintritt einen Kalkulator / Betreuer und Koordinator EDV. 

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position sind Sieverantwortlich für:

• Vor- und Nachkalkulationen unserer Maschinen, Anlagen sowie Ersatzteilen
• Kostenüberwachung laufender Aufträge
• Pflege und Aufbereitung der Systemdaten
• Erstellung von Betriebsabrechnungen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Preislisten
• Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung bei “Make-or-buy” Entscheidungen
• Erstellung monatlicher Kennzahlen für die Finanzbuchhaltung sowie die Unternehmensleitung
• Pflege und Betreuung unseres ERP/PPS Systems 

Qualifikation und Erfahrung

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische/betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und/oder entsprechende Erfahrung im Bereich Kalkulation Maschinenbau (Einzelfertigung). Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich MS-Office, Schwerpunkt Microsoft Excel. Kenntnisse im Bereich IBM I Series oder vergleichbar sind wünschenswert. Gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
