Siwertell's commitment to customers wins industry recognition

Siwertell, part of Bruks Siwertell Group, has won this year’s prestigious International Bulk Journal (IBJ) Customer Care Award, demonstrating the company’s dedication to customer service and support. Hosted at Eskimo Fabriek, in the port city of Ghent, Belgium, the award was presented at a ceremony on 19th November, with over 500 guests from across the globe.

The judges praised Siwertell’s approach to customer care, forging long-term partnerships and continuity of support. Siwertell demonstrated that, as well as ensuring customers receive a safe, efficient dry bulk handling system, they also deliver a personal touch with dedicated personnel, customised care and extended service support. 

Daniel Frostberg, Service Director, Siwertell, expresses his delight at receiving the award: “We are both extremely proud and humbled by this acknowledgment of our efforts to support our customers, and build and maintain a truly global customer care network.

“Selling new equipment is one thing, but at Siwertell we have always believed that to buy a system from us means that we enter into a long-term commitment to customers, so they know that they can rely on us throughout its lifetime.”

Nine representatives from Siwertell, its new sister brand Bruks, as well as from its parent company Bruks Siwertell Group, attended the event to receive the award. 

“Through our joint-venture company, we can strengthen our customer care even further and are in a great position to offer faster, highly-qualified expertise and support to customers wherever and whenever it is needed,” adds Mr Frostberg.

As well as integrating Siwertell and Bruks’ existing network of support, the Bruks Siwertell Group continues to open new facilities, most recently in Shanghai, China, to better support customers.

“Our customers are at the heart of our business and we work hard to ensure that we deliver on our promises, and if possible, exceed them. Our customers should benefit from the advantages that their Siwertell unit offers today, and continue to do so for many years to come,” he concludes.

Siwertell’s lifetime service commitment is delivered through on-demand and emergency support, and planned Siwertell CARE service agreements.
